Food Vendor Rules & Guidelines

We’re excited to have you join us for the Cynthiana Rod Run! Please review the following guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth and successful event.

• All food vendors must be fully set up and ready to operate by 8:00 AM
• Event hours are 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Vendors may not begin teardown before 4:00 PM
• Failure to follow event timing may impact participation in future events

• Vendors must provide all equipment needed to operate, including quiet generators if required
• The Cynthiana Rod Run Committee is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items
• Booth space is limited to one vendor per space unless prior approval is granted
• All activities must remain within your assigned booth area
• Booth spaces may not be sublet or reassigned

• Only approved food vendors are permitted to sell food or beverages
• Vendors must comply with all local and state health department regulations
• All required permits and licenses must be displayed at your booth
• Vendors are responsible for ensuring all items sold meet applicable laws and standards

• Distribution of flyers, merchandise, or promotional materials is limited to your booth space only
• Non-registered vendors or individuals are not permitted to distribute materials within the event area
• The Cynthiana Rod Run Committee reserves the right to prohibit the sale or distribution of any inappropriate or unlawful items

• Trash receptacles are not provided for individual booths  - bring your own if needed within your space
• Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean space and removing all waste from their area

• All vendor vehicles must be parked in designated areas with a visible parking permit
• No vehicles may enter restricted or blocked-off event areas during event hours
• The committee is not responsible for vehicles that are ticketed or towed

Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited

• All vendor fees are non-refundable
• Payment must be submitted with your application
• A $35 fee will be charged for any returned checks
